Managing Director

A seasoned professional, equipped with a commanding track record of delivering technical and commercial success, with the proven effective leadership across all facets of business. Stuart takes a pragmatic approach to leadership, with experience of leading whole workforces; has an all-round knowledge of how a business operates, interfacing with numerous clients of many different types and sizes.

His career began at Panasonic UK where he successfully completed an Electronic & Communications Apprenticeship, from there went on to work at Post-Newsweek Cable in Chicago, then relocated to Western Australia where Stuart was integral in designing and installing underground telecoms systems for the Kalgoorlie mining company.

Stuart formed Clearcomm Group in 2009 and has been involved within the telecommunications industry for over 30 years and now has overall responsibility for the growth and development of the business.



After completing a 4-year apprenticeship in Telecommunications at Plessey in Nottingham at the age of 16, Richard quickly specialised in the construction arm of the industry going on to complete a degree in Material Science at Nottingham Trent University.

From there Richard has been involved in numerous large-scale infrastructure build & maintenance projects for national blue chip companies such as NTL (Virgin Media) and BT Openreach. Where upon in 2004 he started his own construction firm successfully operating throughout the UK.

With Richard’s vast technical knowledge and commercial astuteness, he has always been at the forefront of innovative construction methods and since merging his business with Clearcomm in 2019 he continues to bring his wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company.


Finance Director

Deborah has been with Clearcomm Group since its inception in 2009. A practice qualified Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the Telecoms Sector, specialising in forecasting, management of working capital, statutory and management reporting, commercial negotiations, and team development.

She has been integral to the company growth over the last eleven years and has been instrumental in the strategic planning and management of the finances during this period.


HSEQ Director

Gareth is qualified as a MSc Grad IOSH, PIEMA IRCA Registered Lead Auditor. He has spent the last 20 years working in QHSE roles within Large and SME organisations both as an employee and as consultant resource. He has been a 3rd Party certification auditor for several major UKAS accredited certification bodies for 15 years in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS / ISO 45001, Gareth is also a certified SSIP assessor.

Gareth joined Clearcomm Group in 2017 and has been integral in developing QHSE Strategies for the business providing guidance in Management Systems, conducting audits and compliance evaluations.
